How we work
Every project we take on runs through the same four steps — with posted timelines and named tools. This page sets out what you receive at each step, and what we commit to up front.

Four steps. One delivery.
Every project runs through the same four steps. Posted timelines, named tools, and a delivery method that doesn’t change from site to site.

Four promises under every quote.
- 01
Fixed-price quote at step 1
After the site visit and feasibility analysis we issue a single fixed-price quote — not a range, not "to be confirmed at design." If the scope changes, the change is priced and signed before work continues.
- 02
Engineering verified against international codes
Every structural design is checked against QCS 2014, BS, ASTM, ACI, and BS EN. Calculations are signed by a chartered engineer. No "design intent" hand-waving — drawings are buildable on the day of issue.
- 03
Live progress reporting on site
Weekly progress reports with photographs, RFI status, NCR log, and look-ahead schedule. You see what we see — not a smoothed-over summary at the end of the month.
- 04
Handover that doesn’t end at signature
Defect period, snag rectification, and an optional facility-management contract carry the relationship past handover. We do not disappear after the keys change hands.
